PROGRAMMING

We will program the VIN of your car, but the ECM will also need to have your keys programmed into it. Otherwise, the car will not start. You may either: (1) bring your car with the ECM to a locksmith, or (2), follow an easy and simple process described in this link for adapting the immobilizer system of the ECM to the immobilizer system of your car.

The memory of the transmission adaptive system circuit was also reset, so it starts relearning from zero when the ECM is installed, ensuring a smooth shifting of the automatic transmission.

    SHIPPING TO THE USA

    There is a FREE shipping option (through USPS Priority Mail) for locations in the USA and USA Territories. This covers the USA's 48 contiguous States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.

    Delivery time for the offered free shipping option to USA locations will be 3 to 5 business days. On the other hand, the faster (paid) USPS and FedEx options for USA locations will deliver the next business day for FedEx Priority, or 1-3 business days for USPS Express and FedEx Economy.

    PO (Post Office box) and APO (Army Post Office box) addresses are accepted but only through the USPS shipping services.

    RATES

    If a warranty is claimed within the warranty term, coverage will be subject to our warranty-accepting conditions defined in our Terms and Conditions page, in section five, "D" of that page. If the product shows any of the conditions that void the warranty mentioned in that section, we unfortunately, cannot process the claim as in warranty.

    I. COVERAGE

    NOTE: Any mention of "days" on this document, is referred to as "calendar days" unless otherwise noted.

    A. The included warranty term (stated at the top of every product page) covers the product against defects. Damage to the product by shipping handling or misuse is not covered by this warranty.

    B. The basic shipping insurance is for $100. If the customer desires a higher-value insurance, please let us know before ordering so we can send an invoice for the extra insurance.

    C. In the extremely rare occasion that the product fails, we will first consult the customer and if the problem is determined to be related to a failure of the product, the product will be taken back for revision and if it complies with the warranty conditions defined in our Terms and Conditions page, in section five, "D" of that page, we will offer the customer a refund or a replacement if available, whichever the customer decides. This is true if the warranty claim is made in the first 30 calendar days of the warranty term.

    D. If a warranty claim is made any time after the first 30 calendar days of the warranty term, we will first try to service the unit if applicable. If the unit cannot be repaired, then we will replace it if available. If not repairable and not available, then we will issue a refund to the customer, given that the warranty conditions are met.

    II. SHIPPING COVERAGE IN WARRANTY CLAIMS

    A. If a warranty is honored, inbound and outbound shipping costs coverage will depend on the case, as described below.

    1. For products sold to the USA or the USA Territories, if a warranty claim is filed anytime within the warranty period and the problem is caused by a malfunction of the ordered product, we will cover both ways of shipping if the product is to be replaced or serviced and the warranty is claimed within the first 30 calendar days after the customer receives the product.

    2. Shipping will not be covered for any order if a warranty is claimed after 30 calendar days of the customer receiving the product
