Of course, this is a maximum. It may, and usually does, take less than this time.

- 25535419
- 336-04894
- 74-2799
- 24502966
- 19112549
- 88961000
IMPORTANT:
- Always make sure that your vehicle’s engine air filter is clean, as it may also give similar problems if dirty or clogged.
- It is important to clean the throttle and clean or replace the spark plugs after replacing a bad flowmeter to prevent temporary malfunction of the replacement part.
- It is possible that a reset needs to be done in your car with a scanner to erase the old trouble codes and check if any of the codes persist.
- Do not use octane booster products. It is known that those products may cause harm to sensitive electronic fuel injection systems sensors and parts.

If the flowmeter of your vehicle is failing, this situation will show different symptoms in different car models, but the symptoms are all related. For example, the most common are:
-Noticeable lower fuel economy
-Black smoke or raw fuel smell from the exhaust
-The engine not starting or is hard to start
-If the engine starts, very rough idle
-Engine stalling or hesitation
-Uniform soot/carbon dry stain on all spark plugs
-A check-engine code will be shown
The flowmeter is in charge of metering the incoming air to the engine, so the ECM (Engine Control Module) can adjust the amount of fuel being injected, keeping the ideal fuel/air mixture needed.
Are Flowmeters, MAF, and Mass Air Flow Sensors the same?
Yes, it refers to the same part. This is used in car engines to measure the amount of air entering the engine. The difference is that the earlier designs measured the incoming air in volume, while the newer ones measure the air by mass, which is more accurate for the ECM to know the air incoming to the engine at any moment.
This is a refurbished product. It has been put back to factory functioning conditions and has been tested and made sure that it works as intended. In addition, a reasonable warranty has been included for the peace of mind of our customers.
