#1: This is a repair-and-return service. This is not a replacement part. You send us your defective part, we repair it, and we ship it back to you, working like new.

#2: Shipping, including the FREE shipping option, is for returning your unit after it is repaired (outbound shipping). It does not refer to inbound shipping.

Notes Regarding The Module We Are Offering This Service For:

1. TCM:

This service is offered for the transmission control module (TCM), not for the engine control module (ECM).

2. Checkout fee:

If you are experiencing problems with the automatic transmission and send your module for service, please understand that we will work on your module(s) assuming your transmission is not the problem or it has already been diagnosed and repaired, or that the TCM was found to be at fault. If we check your module and find no problem, we will send it back with a checkout fee, which we will refund as the difference between what you initially paid and the checkout fee. Such a fee is $30.
