LOCATION
Shipping is done from our local USA warehouse. It will take anything from 1 to 10 business days (processing time added) for locations in the USA.
Once your order is shipped, we will notify you and provide the details and the tracking number.
You may receive a text (SMS) message with the same information as an alternative way of ensuring that the sent message reaches you. For this, it is optional but recommended, that you enter a mobile phone number when ordering.
LEAD TIME
Each product has a "lead time" from 1 to several days. This number is listed at the top of each product's information page.
The lead time or "processing time" is the maximum time in business days that it may take to ship your order. This may, and often does, take fewer days to be shipped. This time is used to process your order, including the time it takes when the product is requested from the warehouse (USA), the time for checking it and programming it if applicable, and some other processing that might be needed. This varies by product and options.
SHIPPING TO THE USA
There is a FREE shipping option (through USPS Priority Mail) for locations in the USA and USA Territories. This covers the USA's 48 contiguous States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.
Delivery time for the offered free shipping option to USA locations will be 3 to 5 business days. On the other hand, the faster (paid) USPS and FedEx options for USA locations will deliver the next business day for FedEx Priority, or 1-3 business days for USPS Express and FedEx Economy.
PO (Post Office box) and APO (Army Post Office box) addresses are accepted but only through the USPS shipping services.
INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS (OUT OF THE USA AND ITS TERRITORIES)
Some products can be shipped internationally to some countries. The new USA tariffs system is being adapted only for the services, where you need to send your unit here to be repaired or programmed. That will generate an import tariff. We are adapting the tariffs little by little, and more countries are being added to the list. You will know if your country is already included, by adding to cart the product or service, and checking if your country shows in the shipping calculator provided in the cart. The tariff block in the cart totals will include three parts: the tariff itself (L2), a fixed regulatory charge (L1), and a Duty Tax Processing charge (L3). These are the import tariffs and fees, charged by FedEx, DHL, or any other company that you may use to ship your unit here.
RATES
You can calculate the shipping rates available for your location with the shipping calculator provided when you "Add to Cart" the product or service.
It is important that the State (if available), City, and Postal Code are entered to get accurate rates from the shipping calculator. Rate calculations will often be way off the actual rate if the needed information is not entered or if such information is not accurate.
We DO NOT profit from shipping. Any rate shown by the provided calculator is passed to you directly from USPS and/or FedEx through our connection with both companies.
The warranty for this product is limited and it has an expiration date, as stated at the top of this information page.
If a warranty is claimed within the warranty term, coverage will be subject to our warranty-accepting conditions defined in our Terms and Conditions page, in section five, "D" of that page. If the product shows any of the conditions that void the warranty mentioned in that section, we unfortunately, cannot process the claim as in warranty.
I. COVERAGE
NOTE: Any mention of "days" on this document, is referred to as "calendar days" unless otherwise noted.
A. The included warranty term (stated at the top of every product page) covers the product against defects. Damage to the product by shipping handling or misuse is not covered by this warranty.
B. The basic shipping insurance is for $100. If the customer desires a higher-value insurance, please let us know before ordering so we can send an invoice for the extra insurance.
C. In the extremely rare occasion that the product fails, we will first consult the customer and if the problem is determined to be related to a failure of the product, the product will be taken back for revision and if it complies with the warranty conditions defined in our Terms and Conditions page, in section five, "D" of that page, we will offer the customer a refund or a replacement if available, whichever the customer decides. This is true if the warranty claim is made in the first 30 calendar days of the warranty term.
D. If a warranty claim is made any time after the first 30 calendar days of the warranty term, we will first try to service the unit if applicable. If the unit cannot be repaired, then we will replace it if available. If not repairable and not available, then we will issue a refund to the customer, given that the warranty conditions are met.
II. SHIPPING COVERAGE IN WARRANTY CLAIMS
A. If a warranty is honored, inbound and outbound shipping costs coverage will depend on the case, as described below.
1. For products sold to the USA or the USA Territories, if a warranty claim is filed anytime within the warranty period and the problem is caused by a malfunction of the ordered product, we will cover both ways of shipping if the product is to be replaced or serviced and the warranty is claimed within the first 30 calendar days after the customer receives the product.
2. Shipping will not be covered for any order if a warranty is claimed after 30 calendar days of the customer receiving the product
