PayPal Payment Process
We use PayPal as our online payment processor. It was chosen because of its strong seller/buyer protection and its low fees (charged to us), which allow us an even better price for our customers.
Why PayPal?
If you are located in the USA or in any of the countries where PayPal does business, you should be able to pay without the need to have a PayPal account (guest checkout). However, in some countries, or in situations where PayPal does so for your security, you will be asked to open a FREE account for processing the payment. It will only take a minute to do so and you will enjoy the easy use of PayPal and most of all, its great protection policy.
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to illustrate the checkout process when paying with debit or credit cards once you land on PayPal’s payment page.
PAYMENT STEPS
After you complete the checkout steps on our website (shipping and billing information) and click on the “Place Order” button, you will be taken to PayPal’s payment page to complete your order.
If you do not have a PayPal account, or if you have one but wish to checkout as a guest, you will be able to follow these steps as long as “guest checkout” is allowed by PayPal in your location:
1. Once the PayPal page is on screen, click on the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button (example shown below).
2. On the next screen, you will be shown PayPal’s “Check out as a guest” page. Just enter your email there and click on “Continue to Payment“. It should look similar to the following figure:
3. Finally, on the next screen, you will see the form for entering your credit or debit card information. This information is securely managed by PayPal and it never reaches our servers or systems. We only receive the confirmation of your payment and we work from there to process and ship your order.
After this step, your order will be completed and you will be redirected to our Thank You page where you will be shown any further information if needed, depending on the product or service ordered 🙂

IMPORTANT: If your payment does not go through or is declined for any reason, PayPal, as part of its security and privacy policy, never discloses to us the reasons for a failed payment. If your payment does not go through, we encourage you to call PayPal to discuss your case with them. Meanwhile, we also accept offline payments like Western Union or MoneyGram for locations that are not covered by PayPal. We treat offline payments with the same respect and seriousness as online payments. At the time of this writing, we have been in business for more than 15 years thanks to our seriousness and the way we stand behind our products and services.
