About

Hello and welcome! Thank you for your visit!

Who we are

My name is Richard, and I am a general electronics and computer technician with vast experience in servicing automotive electronics and other electronic equipment. My colleagues and I have run a small family business specializing in automotive parts and services since 2008, focusing on the Engine Control Module and other areas of automotive electronics.

Experience

With almost two decades in this field, I have gained extensive knowledge, experience, and confidence working with these modules.

Why

People often ask why they should send their modules to me for repair, especially when there are many competitors nowadays, even with some offering slightly lower prices. Well, it all boils down to quality. Besides (1) having a good reputation among my customers, (2) offering a good warranty, and (3) working on the whole unit and not only the actual issue.

As mentioned, I don’t just check the issue in the complaint, but I also check and test the whole unit to prevent possible future malfunctions in other areas, whether those areas are related to the actual problem or not. I do this at no extra cost to the customer. A person who is well-trained in electronics, like I am, and has the experience I have from working these units for a long time, will be able to tell when something else looks prone to fail and can take measures to avoid that from happening, saving time, money, and headaches for the customers.

Turn-around time

can do the job in one business day, but I focus on quality over quantity. Working too fast to make a large volume of repair jobs will only introduce errors to the final result. I work 7 days a week, even on holidays. It is a shame shipping services aren’t available all week long. So I work every day, but I ship Monday through Friday.

The job will take more than one business day only if the unit to be repaired was previously tampered with, because I need to make sure other areas of the circuit aren’t damaged. Other possible causes of a delay include water damage or other catastrophic damage. And yes, contrary to my competitors, I accept tampered units 🙂

Extra Warranty

While I include a 5-year warranty on most services and products, I also offer 2 extra years of warranty on services for a total of 7 years if the customer leaves an honest review. Good, so-so, or bad, as long as the review is honest and adheres to the facts, it is accepted, and the 2 extra years of warranty are granted. Reviews can be read or written on the following Trustpilot link: Trustpilot Page

Dedication

This is not a big company trying to make as much money as possible from customers. I am just a humble guy doing an honest job at a reasonable price, with a great warranty and support, and I go the extra mile to keep my business in good standing with my customers. In my opinion, this is the only way to keep a business afloat while offering the best value to its customers.

I really appreciate your business and would love to work with you again, or at least be referred to others who may need the same products or services. This will be a win-win-win situation; you help us, help a friend you refer to us, and put yourself in good standing with your friend for providing an excellent solution to his/her car problem. We won’t let you down.
