    SHIPPING TO THE USA

    There is a FREE shipping option (through USPS Priority Mail) for locations in the USA and USA Territories. This covers the USA's 48 contiguous States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.

    Delivery time for the offered free shipping option to USA locations will be 3 to 5 business days. On the other hand, the faster (paid) USPS and FedEx options for USA locations will deliver the next business day for FedEx Priority, or 1-3 business days for USPS Express and FedEx Economy.

    PO (Post Office box) and APO (Army Post Office box) addresses are accepted but only through the USPS shipping services.

    INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS (OUT OF THE USA AND ITS TERRITORIES)

    Some products can be shipped internationally to some countries. The new USA tariffs system is being adapted only for the services, where you need to send your unit here to be repaired or programmed. That will generate an import tariff. We are adapting the tariffs little by little, and more countries are being added to the list. You will know if your country is already included, by adding to cart the product or service, and checking if your country shows in the shipping calculator provided in the cart. The tariff block in the cart totals will include three parts: the tariff itself (L2), a fixed regulatory charge (L1), and a Duty Tax Processing charge (L3). These are the import tariffs and fees, charged by FedEx, DHL, or any other company that you may use to ship your unit here.

    The warranty for this service is limited and it has an expiration date, as stated at the top of this information page.

    If a warranty is claimed within the warranty term, coverage will be subject to our warranty-accepting conditions defined in our Terms and Conditions page, in section five, "D" of that page. If the serviced product shows any of the conditions that void the warranty mentioned in that section, we unfortunately, cannot process the claim as in warranty.

    I. COVERAGE

    NOTE: Any mention of "days" on this document, is referred to as "calendar days" unless otherwise noted.

    A. The included warranty term (stated at the top of every product page) covers the serviced product against defects. Damage to the serviced product by shipping handling or misuse is not covered by this warranty.

    B. The basic shipping insurance is for $100. If the customer desires higher-value insurance, please let us know before ordering so we can send an invoice for the extra insurance.

    C. In the extremely rare occasion that the serviced product fails again, we will first consult the customer and if the problem is determined to be related to the service performed, the serviced product will be taken back for revision and correction if it complies with the warranty conditions defined in our Terms and Conditions page, in section five, "D" of that page. Otherwise, we will offer the customer a refund if applicable. This is true if the warranty claim is made in the first 30 calendar days of the warranty term.

    D. If a warranty claim is made any time after the first 30 calendar days of the warranty term, we will receive the unit back to re-service it or correct the problem. If the unit cannot be repaired, then we will offer a refund to the customer if applicable, given that the warranty conditions are met.

    II. SHIPPING COVERAGE IN WARRANTY CLAIMS

    A. If a warranty is honored, inbound and outbound shipping costs coverage will depend on the case, as described below.

    1. For services sold to the USA or the USA Territories, if a warranty claim is filed within the first 30 calendar days of the customer receiving th serviced product, and the problem is related to the service performed, or the unit failed again with the same problem, we will cover both ways shipping.

    2. Shipping will not be covered for any order if a warranty is claimed after 30 calendar days of the customer receiving the serviced product
